The A10 stands on the surface and runs from the supplied 5 V 2 A adapter. Fragrance lives in a 100 mL screw-in bottle inside the column, so there is nothing to fill with water and nothing to spill into a reservoir. One unit scents up to 200 m³.
Quick Start
Setup in Five Steps
From the box to a first scent — five moves, about two minutes.

Turn the upper section from Close towards Open, then lift it off.

Reach in and pull the scent bottle straight up out of the base.

Unscrew the cap, fill with pure fragrance oil, then screw the cap back on. No water.

Lower the upper section back on and turn it until the Close mark lines up.

Connect the 5 V adapter to the wall and the diffuser, then press the power key in the base.
The bottle has to sit straight ①
Make sure the bottle is screwed in tight and parallel to the upper section of the diffuser. A bottle that sits at an angle does not seal — and that is where leaks start.
Important
Two Things to Get Right
A waterless diffuser has no water to dilute a mistake. These two precautions cover almost every failure we see.

Screw the bottle in tight — and parallel
The bottle must sit tight and parallel to the upper section. Fit it loosely or at an angle and oil will find its way past the seal: “Oil leaking — bottle is loose. Screw it in properly and straight.”

Keep the machine upright once it is assembled
After the bottle is fitted, keep the A10 vertical. Tilting or angling it can let oil overflow, which will contaminate the equipment circuit and affect normal use — and waste oil for no reason.
Upright is the only correct position once the bottle is fitted.

The Pause Is the Point
The A10 does not spray continuously — it sprays, pauses, and repeats. The letters on the base tell you which pattern is running: 15 s / 180 s on L, 20 s / 120 s on M, 25 s / 60 s on H.

One Set of Patterns
LOW, MED and HIGH on the remote are exactly the L, M and H patterns on the base. Setting an intensity one way changes it the other way too — there is only one diffuser to set.
Oil Guide
Choose the Right Oil
The A10 has no water tank, so there is nothing to dilute oil with. Fill it with pure, undiluted fragrance or essential oil and it behaves.

⚠ Why It Matters
A diluted or water-based oil is the most common cause of a blocked atomisation head — and a blocked head is the most common reason an A10 stops producing scent.
Before Every Session
- Check the bottle is screwed in tight and parallel to the upper section.
- Keep the bottle upright while refilling so oil does not run down the outside.
- Never run the unit on empty — switch it off unless there is oil in the bottle, or alcohol during cleaning.
- Clean the machine when you switch to a noticeably different fragrance, so the old one does not follow the new one out.

Care
Care & Cleaning
Clean the diffuser every 1–2 months, and whenever you switch fragrance, to ensure optimal performance.

Empty the bottle that came with your diffuser.

Add rubbing alcohol — fill the empty bottle with 1/4 in. of rubbing alcohol.

Screw it back in — fit the alcohol-filled bottle into the diffuser, tight and parallel.

Run it for 15 minutes to allow the alcohol to filter through the whole device.

Unplug and wipe — disconnect from the wall, keep the diffuser upright, and wipe it with a damp cloth to remove oil stains and fingerprints. Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning products.

Refill and reconnect — remove the alcohol-filled bottle, insert the new fragrance oil, reconnect both halves of the diffuser and plug it in. You are ready to begin a new scenting.

Safety Information
Do Not Tilt It
Do not tilt the diffuser as oil can spill inside the device and damage the mechanics.
Adult Supervision
Using the scent diffuser and fragrance oils requires adult supervision.
Keep It Dry
Do not wet the device or place it near any liquids, sinks, bathtubs, or outdoors.
Supplied Adapter Only
Do not use the device with any power cord other than the one provided. Position the cord so it is not a tripping hazard, and check the adapter's voltage label matches the power supply.
Never Run It Dry
Do not run the unit on empty. Unless there is oil in the bottle, or alcohol for cleaning, turn the device off.
Never Ingest the Oil
Do not ingest any fragrance oil or apply it to any part of the skin. Keep oils out of contact with eyes, ears, nose, mouth, and any other bodily opening. If contact occurs, flush with water immediately until all traces of oil have been removed.
Always unplug the A10 before cleaning, changing the nozzle or servicing it.
Variations in spray output between different oil types and brands are normal and do not indicate a defect.

Troubleshooting
Five symptoms cover almost every support request. Tap one to open it.
Oil leaking
- The bottle is loose — screw it in properly and straight, tight and parallel to the upper section.
- Check the seal area for oil residue and wipe it dry before refitting the bottle.
- Keep the diffuser upright after assembly — a tilted machine will leak.
No diffusion at all
- Check whether the power is ON or OFF — press the power key once.
- If there is no diffusion, or it is weak, replace the oil with rubbing alcohol and run it through the machine for 5 minutes.
- If it still does not diffuse, the pump is damaged and needs replacing — contact support.
Little or no spray coming out
- The atomisation head is blocked — clean the diffuser by running rubbing alcohol through it, or replace the diffuser core.
- The diffuser core or its straw is missing or damaged — replace it with a new one.
- The pump is damaged and may need replacing.
Diffuser spraying liquid
- The diffuser core is damaged — replace the diffuser core.
- The machine is tilted or angled — make sure it is upright at all times.
No display on screen
- Make sure the power is ON.
- If the display screen is damaged, use the remote control instead.

What is the WSNUEEE A10?
The A10 is a waterless desktop diffuser in a matte aluminium column. It runs on 8 W from a 5 V 2 A adapter, holds a 100 mL screw-in scent bottle inside the body, and covers up to 200 m³ (about 7,060 ft³). It stands Ø66 mm at the body and Ø102 mm at the foot, is 269.2 mm tall, and weighs 668 g. There is no water tank.
How do I set up the A10?
Turn the upper section from Close towards Open and lift it off. Pull the scent bottle straight up out of the base. Unscrew the cap, fill the bottle with pure fragrance oil and screw the cap back on — no water. Lower the upper section back on and turn it until the Close mark lines up. Connect the 5 V adapter to the wall and the diffuser, then press the power key in the base.
Do I need to add water?
No. The A10 is a waterless diffuser with no water tank — there is nothing to dilute the oil with. Use pure, undiluted fragrance or essential oil only.
How do I change the spray intensity?
Press the intensity key on the base (the wavy-lines symbol) to step through L, M and H, or press LOW, MED or HIGH on the remote. L sprays for 15 seconds and pauses 180 seconds, M sprays 20 seconds and pauses 120 seconds, and H sprays 25 seconds and pauses 60 seconds. The matching letter lights up on the left of the ring.
What do the working-time settings do?
Press the working-time key (the clock symbol) to move the run time on: 2H, 6H, 12H and 24H/7. The diffuser runs for 2, 6 or 12 hours and then stops on its own. 24H/7 indicates that the diffuser will operate continuously, until you switch it off.
What does the light key do?
Press the light key once to switch the amber light ring on, and once again to switch it off. It works independently of diffusion, so you can have scent with the light off. From the remote, the sun key in the centre of the ring sets the light mode: Mode 1 keeps the light always on, Mode 2 keeps it always off.
How do I clean the A10?
Empty the bottle and fill it with 1/4 in. of rubbing alcohol. Screw the alcohol-filled bottle into the diffuser and run it for 15 minutes so the alcohol filters through the whole device. Unplug it, keep it upright and wipe it with a damp cloth to remove oil stains and fingerprints — avoid harsh or abrasive cleaning products. Then remove the bottle, insert new fragrance oil, reconnect both halves and plug it in. Clean every 1–2 months and whenever you switch fragrance.
How do I replace the nozzle?
Unplug the diffuser, remove the bottle of oil and carefully pull out the clear tube. Gently pull out the white nozzle by wiggling it with a pair of tweezers. Press the new nozzle very firmly into the top of the diffuser, then reinsert the tube into the correct opening of the nozzle — that is the small round holder the tube has to be firmly secured into.
There is little or no spray — what should I do?
The atomisation head is most likely blocked. Clean the diffuser by running rubbing alcohol through it, or replace the diffuser core. Also check that the diffuser core with its straw is present and undamaged — a missing or damaged straw will stop the spray. If neither helps, the pump may be damaged and need replacing.
Why is liquid spraying out of the diffuser?
Two causes: the diffuser core is damaged and needs replacing, or the machine is tilted or angled. Make sure the A10 is upright at all times — tilting can also let oil overflow and contaminate the equipment circuit.
