WSNUEEE diffusers use pure essential oils without synthetic additives. We recommend the following pet-safety guidelines:

• Always use in well-ventilated areas.
• Place diffusers where pets cannot knock them over.
• For cats, avoid heavy use of citrus and tea tree oils in enclosed spaces.
• Ensure pets can leave the room if the scent is too strong for them.

A 100ml bottle typically lasts 3-6 weeks with moderate daily use (2-4 hours per day), depending on the diffuser model and intensity setting. Our Hotel Duo Bundle (2×100ml) is designed to last 2-3 months. For continuous commercial use, expect 2-4 weeks per bottle depending on the mist intensity and scheduling settings.

We strongly recommend using WSNUEEE scent oils for optimal performance. Our oils are formulated with the ideal viscosity for cold-air nebulization. Some third-party oils may be too thick (causing clogs) or too thin (causing leakage), and may contain fillers or synthetic additives that affect performance and longevity. Using non-WSNUEEE oils does not void the warranty, but we cannot guarantee the same performance or scent quality.

Switching between scents is easy:

• Turn off the diffuser.
• Remove the current oil bottle.
• Run the diffuser empty for 30 seconds to clear any residual oil from the atomizer.
• Insert the new oil bottle.
• Turn the diffuser back on.

For a truly neutral transition, we recommend flushing with a few drops of neutral carrier oil before switching to a radically different scent profile (e.g., from floral to woody).

All diffusers include a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Scent oils cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene regulations. Cleaning is simple and recommended every 2-3 weeks or when switching oils:

• Remove the oil bottle from the diffuser.
• Fill the empty bottle with rubbing alcohol (70%+ isopropyl) or our cleaning solution.
• Attach the bottle and run the diffuser for 5-10 minutes. This flushes the atomizer and internal tubing.
• Remove the alcohol and run the diffuser empty for 1 minute to dry.
• Wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Never submerge the diffuser in water.

A clean atomizer ensures consistent mist output and prevents scent cross-contamination.

Reduced mist output is almost always caused by a partially clogged atomizer. Try these steps in order:

• Clean the atomizer using the cleaning method above (rubbing alcohol flush for 10 minutes).
• Check that the oil bottle is properly seated — sometimes a slight twist helps ensure proper connection.
• Check the air intake for dust or obstruction and gently clean with a dry cotton swab.
• If the issue persists, try a different oil — some very thick oils may require more frequent cleaning.
