A323
A compact waterless diffuser that plugs straight into the wall. No water, no cord, no warm-up — just a 60 mL oil bottle and four ways to run it, from a three-hour burst to a full daily schedule set in the app.

Set It Up in Four Moves
Unbox to first scent in about a minute. The bottle screws into the base; the head lifts off for refills.

Lift the diffuser head and the bottle out of the machine together.
Twist the head off the bottle. Set the head down upright so no oil runs out.
Add oil to the bottle, then tighten the bottle and the head back together.
Align the assembly with the machine and press down until it seats.
The Five Parts That Matter
Two buttons on top, one atomizing disc in the middle, and a plug on the back. Tap a number to see what it does.
Front
Top
- 1Atomizer nozzleThe fine mesh disc at the centre of the head. Pure oil only — it clogs on water or thickened oil.
- 2Rotatable plugFolds out on the back and turns 90° for horizontal outlets. Keeps the body upright.
- 3Mode buttonShort press cycles 3H → 6H → Smart → Off. Hold 3 seconds to restore factory settings.
- 4Grade buttonShort press steps through grades 1 → 2 → 3 → 1. Hold 3 seconds to reset.
- 5Oil bottle60 mL refillable amber bottle. Screws into the base; twist the head off to refill.

Buttons, Modes and the Buzzer
Everything works from two buttons on the top panel. The app can override both, and the lights tell you which mode is running.
Runs for 3 hours, then stands by for 3 hours with a yellow light.
Runs for 6 hours, then stands by for 6 hours with a yellow light.
Follows the working periods you set in the app over Bluetooth.
Stops diffusing. The unit stays powered but silent.

Pair It With the App
The Scent Marketing app is where schedules, custom grades and the device password live. Pair once; after that the app reconnects on its own.
Search for “Scent Marketing” in Google Play or the App Store, or scan the code for your phone. If the code will not scan, search the store by name.
Turn on Bluetooth and location services before you open the app. Without location permission the phone cannot list nearby devices.
AndroidGoogle Play
iOSApp StoreGrades and Oil Consumption
Every grade sprays for 15 seconds. The grade changes how long the unit pauses between sprays, which is what actually sets the strength — and how fast the bottle empties.
| Grade | Work time | Stop time | Consumption | Feel |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| G1 | 15 s | 120 s | 0.18 g/h | Gentle — background scent |
| G2 | 15 s | 90 s | 0.24 g/h | Balanced — everyday default |
| G3 | 15 s | 60 s | 0.30 g/h | Strong — larger or busier rooms |
| Custom | 5–15 s | 60–300 s | — | Your own duty cycle |
- The consumption table is for reference only. Oils with different viscosities will be consumed at different rates.
- For the best atomization, use essential oils with a viscosity below 30 mPa·s and an ambient temperature around 25 °C (77 °F).
- Cold rooms and thick oils both reduce output — warm the bottle in your hands for a minute before refilling in winter.
Cleaning
Two triggers: you are switching oils, or the mist has gone weak. Either one means the atomizing head needs alcohol and air.
- You are about to change to another kind of essential oil.
- The atomization volume becomes weak.
- You have not used the unit for more than a month.
Pull out the atomized head.
Fill a larger container with industrial alcohol, then soak the atomized head and the bottle for 5–10 minutes.
Let the atomizer head and the bottle dry completely before you put them back.
Safety
Six rules from the printed manual. The first two prevent most of the failures we see.
Please read the user manual before operation and maintenance.
Keep the machine vertical. Laying it flat may cause oil overflow into the housing.
Make sure the machine has no essential oil inside the bottle before transportation.
Tighten the oil bottle before use. A loose bottle lets air in and oil seep out.
Clean the machine with alcohol every 1–2 months.
Do not modify, disassemble or repair the machine. If any failure occurs, please contact our technical personnel.
The A323 atomizes oil upward and relies on gravity to keep the oil in the bottle. Tilted or laid flat, oil reaches the seam and the air path — the result is a spill, a weak mist, or a blocked head.
If your outlet is horizontal, rotate the plug prongs instead of turning the body.
Troubleshooting
Work through these five symptoms first. Four of them are settings or a loose seal, not a broken machine.
| Symptom | What to check |
|---|---|
| Does not diffuse | Check whether you chose the correct mode. Check whether the machine sits in a “non-working period”. The air pump may be damaged — replace it with a new one. Check whether the tube is loose or not connected. |
| Low diffuse | The atomizing core is blocked — clean it with alcohol or change to a new atomizer head. Check whether the gasket is damaged, loose or missing. Check whether the tube is loose or not connected. |
| Oil spill | Check whether the bottle is loose. Check if the gasket in the atomized head is damaged, loose or missing. |
| Oil sprinkle | The atomized head is damaged — change to a new one. The machine is tilted or laying flat — keep the machine vertical. |
| Abnormal noise | The air pump is loose — retighten the pump. The air pump is damaged — replace it. |

Warranty & Support
Every A323 is covered for a year against manufacturing faults. Consumables and accidental damage are handled separately.
Twelve months from delivery on the diffuser body, the pump and the plug. The atomizer head and bottle are covered for 3 months, because both are wear parts that alcohol cleaning slowly degrades.

WSNUEEE builds waterless diffusers for people who want a scent to sit quietly in a space rather than announce itself. The A323 is the compact end of that range: a plug, a bottle, and a schedule that runs itself.
