The AE109 runs on a 1× D-cell battery or Type-C power (5V 1A max). The battery is not included in the box.

Q: How do I install the AE109?

Two ways. Wall mount: peel the adhesive from the wall-mount bracket, stick it to a clean wall, wait 10 minutes, hang the device and tighten the screws. Desktop: place the device upright on a flat, stable surface away from edges.

Q: Which fragrance oils can I use?

Use pure essential or fragrance oils. For best diffusion, choose oils with a viscosity below 60 mpa·s and a flash point above 25°C. For low-viscosity oils under 6 mpa·s, set runtime to 3 seconds or less. Avoid low-quality or heavily diluted oils.

Q: Which app does the AE109 use and what is the password?

The AE109 connects by Bluetooth to the free Scent Marketing app (iOS and Android). Turn on Location, choose Bluetooth version, and log in with the default password 8888.

Usage Instructions

Fragrance Oil Refill Steps

Four simple steps to refill your diffuser — no water, no mess.

Insert the key, rotate it counterclockwise, and press the unlock button.

Unscrew the bottle and fill with your fragrance essential oil. Do not fill beyond the MAX line — overfilling may cause oil leakage.

Align and place the bottle and diffuser head back into the machine.

Lock the machine — ready to diffuse.

Oil Selection Guide

For the best results, we recommend using WSNUEEE oils with your WSNUEEE Waterless Diffuser. You can also use high-quality, pure oils from reputable brands, available online or in stores. Please avoid low-quality or heavily diluted oils, as they may affect fragrance diffusion and your overall experience.

Can't smell the scent? Check the oil first. In many cases, the fragrance experience depends on the quality and concentration of the oil — not the diffuser itself.

Usage Instructions

Installation · Two Ways

Mount it on a wall or set it on a surface — the AE109 fits wherever the scent should live.

Wall Mount — Peel the adhesive from the wall-mount bracket, stick it to a clean wall, and wait 10 minutes. Hang the device onto the bracket, then tighten the screws to secure it.

Key Points for the Adhesive Strip

Wipe the wall with alcohol first — the surface must be clean, dry, and grease-free.
Avoid tile joints, uneven or damaged areas; use smooth, intact surfaces.
Press the strip from the center outward to push out air bubbles.
Avoid high heat (≥60°C), water contact, or AC vents. Check the strip monthly and replace it if it lifts or ages.

The AE109 pairs with the free Scent Marketing app — schedule scent periods, set intensity, and track oil usage from your phone.

Download the Scent Marketing app — scan the QR code, or search "Scent Marketing" in Google Play or the App Store.

How to Operate via App

①Device Name & Remark

To change the name or label, tap the top-right corner on the device page.

②Set Working Time

Tap "+" to enter working period settings. Up to 5 periods per day. Swipe left to delete; tap the toggle to enable or disable a period.

③Daily Working Period

Scroll up or down on "Start" and "Stop" to set the machine's daily working hours.

④Weekly Working Days

Select the working days when the machine will operate. All dates are pre-selected by default.

⑤Scent Intensity

Tap "Gear" + / − to increase or decrease the preset scent intensity level (1–5 levels).

⑥Custom Work & Pause

Drag the progress bar, scroll up or down to select the work time and pause time.

⑦Change Password

Open "About" → tap "Change Password" → enter a new 4-digit password and tap "Confirm". If you forget your password, press and hold the reset button on the device for 3–5 seconds, then enter the default password 8888 to access the system.

Function Description

What each indicator light, beep and button means on your AE109.

Power On

Bluetooth Indicator Light	Lights up for 2 seconds, then flashes, according to the corresponding functions.
Battery Indicator Light	When the light quickly flashes, it indicates the super capacitor is charging; after fully charged, it will display the normal battery level.
Buzzer	Beeps once. It will not beep when the battery level is extremely low (to avoid draining the battery and causing MCU resets).

Indicator Lights

Bluetooth Light (Blue)	Stays on when connected to the Bluetooth app · stays off when not connected · flashes briefly when receiving a signal. Fully charged: light off. Power on, waiting for the super capacitor to charge: light quickly flashes (only applicable to B1).
Battery Light	Low battery: light flashes once every 3 seconds · extremely low battery: light is off.

Bluetooth Operation	Beeps once when receiving Bluetooth data.
Button Operation	Beeps once when restoring the password · long beep when restoring factory settings.

How to Choose a Grade

Each grade is a preset cycle of work time and pause time. Choose a lower grade for a light, continuous scent and longer oil life; choose a higher grade for faster, stronger diffusion. Custom lets you set both values manually to match any space.

Notes

Above data is for reference only. If you use essential oils with different viscosities, the oil consumption will vary.
For the best diffusion effect, we recommend essential oils with a viscosity below 60 mpa·s and a flash point higher than room temperature (>25°C).
For low-viscosity essential oils (< 6 mpa·s), set runtime ≤ 3s to avoid oil residue.

Avoid extreme temperatures — below −5°C (23°F) or above 40°C (104°F).
Use only the provided power adapter. Do not use a fast charger.
Do not modify, disassemble, or repair the device yourself. Contact support for repairs.
Keep the device upright. Tilting it may cause leaks or malfunction.

Do not get the device or charging port wet. Avoid overloaded outlets, damaged cords, or faulty plugs.

Remove the diffuser head and unscrew the bottle.

Pour alcohol into the bottle (30–90% full), reinstall it, and run at the highest setting for 15–30 minutes.

Discard any remaining alcohol and let the bottle, tube, and nozzle dry completely.
