What Is Covered
- Motor and Pump Assembly: The core nebulizing mechanism, including the air pump and precision nozzle.
- Electronic Control Board: All circuit boards, Bluetooth/WiFi modules, and touch sensors.
- Power Supply Unit: AC adapter and internal power circuitry.
- Manufacturing Defects: Any defect in materials or workmanship affecting normal operation.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, or unauthorized modification.
- Use with non-WSNUEEE fragrance oils or third-party accessories.
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic scratches.
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or second-hand sources.
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Email support@wsnueee.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Our support team will respond within 24-48 hours with troubleshooting steps or a return authorization.
- If a replacement is approved, we will ship it at no cost to you.
- Please retain your proof of purchase — the warranty is tied to the original order.
