Shipping Policy
At WSNUEEE, we are committed to delivering your order efficiently and safely. Every order ships from our warehouse with tracking.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday–Friday ship the same day whenever possible. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and the shipping method you choose. The table below shows our standard and express rates.

Orders to the United States normally arrive within 3–7 business days from our local warehouse.
International Shipping
WSNUEEE ships to 30+ countries worldwide. International orders usually arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on destination and shipping method. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees that may apply upon delivery — these are not included in the product price or the shipping cost.
Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once your package ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team at wsnueee@outlook.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
