Does the A320 come with oil?
No — and that is deliberate. It ships as the machine alone , with an empty 400 mL bottle. You fill it with any true essential oil or fine fragrance oil below 30 mPa·s , from us or from anywhere else. You are never locked into a refill.
How much room will one A320 scent?
Up to 160 m² in area and 480 m³ by volume — about 2000 square feet , or roughly 16950 cubic feet. That covers a large living room, a lobby or a meeting suite from a single unit.
Do I need to add water?
Never. The A320 is a waterless diffuser — it atomises pure oil on cold air. Adding water will not produce more scent and will damage the atomising head.
Can I put it on the wall?
Yes. It comes with an adhesive-backed mounting bracket and screws, and the machine has a wall-mounted hole on the back. Clean, flat ceramic tile or wood is the right surface; for painted plasterboard or rough walls, use the screws or keep it on a shelf.
Does it run on a battery?
No. The A320 runs from the supplied 12 V⋮1 A DC adapter, drawing 5.75 W . It is a plug-in unit, so decide where the socket is before you fix the bracket to the wall.
